Extended Day Program
The St. Bernadette School Extended Day Program is in session from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Before school care is also available for children enrolled in Extended Day in the Early Childhood Center from 7:30-8:00 am.
The Extended Day Program for Transitional Kindergarten–Eighth Grade runs from 3pm-6pm. The program provides a home-like atmosphere in which there is time for homework, imaginative play, games, arts and crafts, gym and outdoor play (weather permitting). Our dedicated staff is committed to ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for all children.

There will be a late fee of $1.00 per minute per child after 6:00 pm.
Your child will be sent to Extended Day if he/she is not picked up on time. Drop-in fee for this service is $5 for each 15 minutes and is payable when you pick up your child.
Tuition is payable monthly on the 10th. The rate is consistent each month from September through June. For Grades 1-7 the Extended Day rates are based on 180 school days and are payable on a 10-month schedule for parents' convenience. Due to a shorter school year, students in Transitional Kindergarten, Kindergarten, and Grade 8 will be on a 9 month payment schedule from September-May.
Students must be registered on an Annual basis. An Extended Day form is required for all students (one form may be used per family) and will be included in the August mailing. Please complete and return to the school office with registration payment in an envelope before the start of the school year.
