| We are off to a wonderful start this year. We have 12 girls and 6 boys in our classroom. We have been very busy getting to know each other and all our school rules. We always want to be safe and happy! We made our “Uniquely Me” vests. They were fantastic and a great way to learn about each other.
We began our fabulous new reading series, the Superkids, by the Pleasant Rowland Reading Program. We have been having so much fun learning about the letter “C” with Cass. She loves to cook with her cooking cap and she makes a wonderful casserole concoction!
In religion, we have been learning our prayers and about creation. We have also stared to go to Mass as a class.
Math has been fabulous—learning our colors, shapes and sorting.
Apple season is here and we are excited to go on our apple picking field trip on September 29th to Honey Pot Orchards in Stowe, MA. |
